This Panel on India’s 65th day of independence, on Milton Friendman’s centennial year intends to re-introduce the economic policy reform dialogue of the 50’s and 60s that still bear relevance today to modern India and current policymaking by recognising Friedman’s commentary on Indian economic policy.
