While working on the liberal approach and market-based solutions to public policy issues, CCS realized that jargon, technical terms and abbreviations have become a part of our daily lives. Much more than that, these terms have found their way into our economic thinking and acting. Technical terms such as derivatives, dumping, copyright, portfolio, PPP (public-private partnership) or NPO (Non Profit organization) represent only a small excerpt from a long list of terms, which is used in everyday business.
Hindi version of the "Dictionary of Economic Terms" contains terminology and basic knowledge of economic issues which are relevant and can be used in school, college, work and everyday life. This way, the users acquire a comprehensive tool for understanding economic abbreviations in the local language (English/Hindi, Hindi/English).
